Audit User
Create Audit User
To create a new Audit User, fill in the following information:
- User ID
- Role
- First Name
- Last Name
Update Audit User
Note that the following fields cannot be updated after the user is created:
- First Name
- Last Name
- User ID
Only Admin Users can update the roles for other users as well as themselves.
Upload User Image
Users can upload their profile images by clicking the upload button.
Button and it's Purpose

Error You May Get

| You have reached your limit of number of users. To add more contact your Administrator | Contact the system administrator to request an increase in the user limit if needed. |
| Only logged in user can update its profile | Log in with your account to make profile changes, as only the logged-in user can update their own information. |
| Cannot change role to "{self.role}" as "{self.full_name}" is reviewer in audit files: "{audit_file_names}" | Reassign or close the review responsibilities in the listed audit files before changing the user's role. |
| Cannot change role to "{self.role}" as "{self.full_name}" is reviewer in checklists: "{checklist_names}" | Reassign or complete the review responsibilities in the listed checklists before changing the user's role. |
| Cannot Disable as User is Reviewer or Preparer in one or more Audit File/s which are not yet closed | Ensure all pending audit files where the user is a reviewer or preparer are closed before attempting to disable. |
| Cannot Disable as User is Reviewer or Preparer in one or more Checklist/s which are not yet closed | Ensure all pending checklists where the user is a reviewer or preparer are completed before attempting to disable. |
| Cannot change admin for self | Contact another admin user to make any changes to your admin role, as self-admin changes are restricted. |
