Steps Involved in Designating a User as a QC Partner
- An admin user creates a proposal to designate a partner as a QC Partner.
- The admin user sends the proposal for consideration.
- The proposed QC Partner reviews the proposal and can either accept or reject it.
- To accept, the partner must agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in the Declaration tab.
- Once accepted, the partner is officially designated as a QC Partner.
1. Proposing a QC Partner
Only an admin user can create a proposal for designating a QC Partner.

2. Sending the Proposal for Consideration
Click the "Send for Acceptance" button to submit the proposal for the proposed QC Partner’s consideration.

3. Accepting or Rejecting the Proposal
The proposed user must log in to view the proposal.
To accept the proposal, the user must review and agree to the terms and conditions listed in the Declaration tab, then click the "Accept" button.
To reject the proposal, simply click the "Decline" button.
