Let's Get Started With Your Audit Firm Set-up

Note:
* This guide is for new firm setup. If your firm has already been created, please contact your Admin to add new users.
* The first user shall be the default audit user.
* Subsequent additions and modifications relating to users must be done by the admin user from the Audit User screen.

1. Creating an Audit Firm

   To begin the setup process, go to the Login Page.

   

   Click on "New Audit Firm Registration" to start the registration process.

2. Admin Account Setup

   On the Admin Signup Page, enter your email address and click on Sign Up.

   

   Note:

   • The email you provide will be used for your Admin User Account.
   • An email can be associated only withone audit firm and cannot be used to create user for any other Audit Firm.

   After signing up, you will receive an email with an Audit Firm Creation Link.

   

   Open the email and click on the Audit Firm Signup Link to proceed.

3. Complete Firm Registration

   On the Firm Signup Page, fill out the required details and click on Sign Up.

   

   Important:

   • The Audit Firm PAN number must be valid alphanumeric structure.
   • No other firm should already be registered with the same PAN number.

   Once the registration is complete, you will receive an email to set your password.

4. Set Your Password

   Open the email and click on "Complete Registration" or copy and paste the provided link into your web browser.

   

   Set your desired password to complete the registration process.

5. Log In and Complete Initialization

   Log in using your email address and password.

   Upon your first login, you will see the Data Initialization Screen.

   

   Please wait a few moments while the data initializes. Refresh the page after a short while.

   Note: If you are logging for the first time, this screen may take a couple of minutes to load.

   Once the data initialization is complete, your Dashboard will appear.

   

   🎉 Congratulations! Your audit firm setup is now complete and ready to use.
