Note: Only QC Partners are authorized to make changes.
Creating a Policy Manual
To create a new Policy Manual, click on New from the list view. Fill in the required fields and click the Create New Policy Manual button to save it.
Note: The version number should be unique.

Adding a Description List
After creating the Policy Manual, you can add a description list. To do this, navigate to the "Description" tab and enter the relevant details.

Errors You May Get

| Others (Specify) should not be empty | Provide a value in the "Others (Specify)" field before proceeding. |
| Version should not be more than 20 characters | Limit the version input to a maximum of 20 characters. |
| Other Category should not be more than 100 characters | Ensure the "Other Category" field does not exceed 100 characters. |
| Only QC Partner can edit this document | Editing is restricted to the assigned QC Partner. Verify user role. |
| Version should be unique. | Choose a version name or number that hasn't been used before. |
| Only QC Partner can submit this document | Submission is only allowed by the QC Partner. Verify user role. |
| Only QC Partner can Cancel this document | Cancelling this document is restricted to the QC Partner. Verify user role. |
